We had popcorn ceilings scraped and retextured, guest bath remodel, whole house interior repainted, kitchen cabinets refaced  and several other projects. The workers did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day so it wasn't too bad living through a relatively large remodel process. Todd Thomas Home did a fantastic job renovating the 1994 house I bought in Suntree. It was a huge remodel--taking out the wall that cut off the kitchen from the rest of the house, replacing the old two-tier countertop with a large flat modern island, and installing beautiful natural stone countertops. They had to trench the floor to move plumbing & electric, and refinished the ceiling so no one would ever know a wall was there. They laid brand new tile flooring thoughout the whole house, and painted the walls. The work is absolutely spectacular. It's obvious everyone takes  pride in their craftsmanship. And Larry the project manager kept me up to date and responded instantly whenever I had a question. And believe it or not, the work was completed a little ahead of schedule! Am thrilled.  Todd Thomas Home Improvements renovated 2 bathrooms for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results.  The entire crew is amazing.  Communications throughout the process was flawless.  I had used them in 2017 to do a major renovation including kitchen, bathroom and living room and the fantastic job they did then resulting in my choosing to use them again. This was our first experience using Todd Thomas Home for a project at our home and I can say truthfully that it was all-around an excellent experience!  We needed stucco repair, two door replacements, and a full exterior painting all of which turned out just as we had envisioned. First off, the very first meeting we had Todd was there and brought in all the folks that would be working on our project so we could meet everyone and explain what we had in mind.  The carpenter, stucco, and painter were all there along with the project manager and the site supervisor.  We were able to explain in detail exactly what we wanted and everyone took notes and were attentive to what we had to say. Once the project started we were kept informed of the progress and also given access online to our project timeline calendar which was very helpful.  Throughout the entire process we felt we were being treated with respect and listened to when we had a small change or idea. Overall, the quality of the work was excellent and it was well worth the slightly higher quote to have the project managed and completed in such a professional manner. We would highly recommend Todd Thomas Homes to anyone needing work done on their home whether it’s a large or small project!  6 stars if I could leave an extra…. **November 2025 Update** We just finished our second large project with Todd Thomas and can continue to recommend them! From start to finish, the project was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Betty was exceptionally helpful throughout the design process—her guidance in selecting tile, cabinetry, and finishes made the experience easy and enjoyable. Her eye for style and her patience were truly appreciated. I also want to thank Larry the project manager, for his excellent supervision and communication. From start to finish, communication was clear, the workmanship was exceptional, and every detail was handled with real care and professionalism. The project stayed on schedule, the team kept the work area clean, and they consistently checked in to make sure we were happy with the progress. Our master bath has completely transformed—beautiful, modern, and far more functional than before. The tile work is flawless, the finishes look incredible, and the overall design feels like something out of a luxury home magazine. Todd and his crew were knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely committed to delivering quality, and it absolutely shows. I have to recognize several employees. Steven handled all the original estimates and design. Jennifer created various illustrations and options for the final blueprint for the work and the actual products we would purchase.
